Role Description This is a full time, in-office role in Bathinda for Architects, Interior Designers, and Graphic Visualizers. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings and 3D visualizations, and collaborating on interior layouts, material specifications, and finishes. The role involves coordinating with clients to understand requirements, refining designs based on feedback, and assisting in project documentation, presentations, and basic project management tasks.

Team members will work with cross-functional colleagues to ensure design integration, quality,



and timely delivery across multiple projects.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional and visually appealing spaces.
- Experience with Software Development and Integration related to architectural tools or design workflows, such as CAD, MS Office, or visualization software integration.
- Competence in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of design deliverables and timelines.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for presentations and renderings.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, spatial understanding, and an eye for aesthetics and materials.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members and to work collaboratively in an on-site studio environment.
- Prior experience in architectural or interior design projects in a consultancy or studio setting is an advantage.
