Role Description The Architect will work full time on-site at Studio AAKAARA’s Bengaluru office. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and coordinating interior and landscape design elements within projects. The role involves collaborating with senior designers, consultants, and contractors, participating in client meetings, and supporting design presentations.

The Architect will assist in preparing construction documentation, ensuring design intent is maintained, and monitoring project progress against timelines and quality standards.



The position requires close coordination with project teams to deliver coherent, well-executed design solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concepts into detailed plans.
- Experience or familiarity with Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, workflows, or BIM environments.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including organizing tasks, tracking timelines, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; skilled registration or pursuit of licensure is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate effectively in a team, and communicate design ideas clearly in written and verbal form.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and an interest in interior and landscape integration within architectural projects.
