Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Noida sec 63. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and detailed designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulatory standards, and the firm’s design philosophy.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing drawings and 3D visualizations, coordinating with structural, MEP, and interior design teams, and participating in site evaluation and planning activities. The role involves collaborating with project managers and consultants, reviewing construction documents, and supporting construction administration through site visits,



design clarifications, and quality checks. The Architect will also assist in integrating digital tools and workflows, contributing to efficient project delivery and documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural workflows (e.g., BIM tools, design software coordination).
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including scheduling, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and basic understanding of budgeting and timelines.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution, with professional licensure or eligibility preferred.
- Experience working on group housing, commercial, or mixed-use projects and familiarity with local building codes and regulations are advantageous.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
- Ability to work in office in Dadri, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a dynamic, design-driven studio environment.
