Project Architect – Group Housing & Township | 4–6 Years’ Experience? Location: Noida, Sector 63

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Architect with 4–6 years of professional experience, specifically with strong exposure to Group Housing, Township, and High-Rise Residential projects.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural design development, construction documentation, consultant coordination, and project execution for large-scale residential developments and townships.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the preparation of concept, presentation, submission, tender, and working drawings.
- Develop and coordinate architectural designs for Group Housing, Township, and High-Rise Residential projects.
- Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate effectively with MEP, structural, landscape, infrastructure, and other consultants.
- Prepare and review detailed architectural and construction documentation.
- Coordinate master planning, site planning, building planning, and residential development requirements.
- Present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with site teams and consultants during the construction and execution stages.
- Identify and resolve design, technical, and coordination issues during project development and execution.





Project Exposure – MandatoryCandidates should have relevant professional experience in:
- Large-scale Group Housing projects
- Township projects
- High-Rise Residential developments
- Multi-tower residential developments
- Residential master planning and site planning
- Large-scale residential developments
- Projects involving concept design through working drawings and execution

Strong Group Housing and/or Township experience is a key requirement for this position. Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
- 4–6 years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong experience in Group Housing / Township / High-Rise Residential projects.
- Good command of AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Lumion.
- Strong understanding of architectural planning, detailing, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Experience coordinating with MEP, structural, landscape, infrastructure, and other consultants.
- Positive communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage project deliverables and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Candidates based in Delhi/NCR preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to work from Noida Sector 63.
