Role Description This is a full-time Architect role based in Gurugram with an arrangement, allowing a mix of in office plus in office work. The Architect will design and develop innovative interior layouts, furniture concepts, and spatial solutions that align with Popify Homes’ aesthetic and functional standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating architectural and interior design drawings, developing 3D models and visualizations, and coordinating design details with product, engineering, and operations teams.

The role also involves collaborating with the Design Lab team to translate customer insights into practical design solutions, overseeing integration of new products into existing space concepts,



and supporting project planning and execution from concept to installation. The Architect will ensure that all designs meet quality, safety, and sustainability guidelines while adhering to timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including space planning, interior design, and furniture layout creation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, digital workflows, and coordination with technical systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of design projects within scope.
- Candidates should be proficient with design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D rendering software) and familiar with material selection and detailing.
- Candidates should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in residential, furniture, or interior design projects is an advantage.
- Knowledge of building codes, ergonomic principles, and sustainable design practices will be beneficial.
