Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based at Mindscape Design’s studio in Surat. The Architect will be responsible for developing concept and detailed architectural designs, preparing drawings and models, and coordinating closely with interior, landscape, and engineering teams. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with clients to understand requirements,



translating briefs into design proposals, and refining designs through feedback and technical reviews.

The role involves managing project documentation, supporting approvals and compliance processes, and overseeing design intent during site visits and coordination with contractors. The Architect will contribute to sustainable design strategies, ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards, and participate in design reviews and presentations.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and technical detailing.
- Experience with Project Management, covering planning, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and tracking project progress.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural workflows (e.g., integrating BIM, CAD, and visualization tools) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles, green building standards, and basic LEED or equivalent certification concepts.
- Ability to interpret building codes and regulations, and work effectively with consultants and contractors.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
