Mohsar Builders is looking for an experienced Architect to join our team in Perumbavoor. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural design and planning skills, hands-on experience with working drawings and detailing, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare architectural designs and plans.
- Prepare working drawings, detailed drawings, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders.
- Support project planning and execution from the design stage.
- Review drawings and ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate design requirements with project execution teams.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of architectural solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong design and planning skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant architectural design software.
- Good knowledge of working drawings and detailing.
- Robust client and project coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment.
