Role Description The Architect role is a full-time, in office position based in New Delhi. The Architect will develop architectural concepts, prepare drawings and 3D models, and support the design of residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and consultants, preparing documentation for approvals, and assisting in site visits to review construction progress and ensure design intent is maintained. The role involves working with project teams on planning, design integration, and technical detailing, as well as contributing to presentations and design reviews.



The Architect is expected to collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver projects on schedule and in line with quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including conceptualization, space planning, and detailing.
- Experience of 3 to 5 year with Integration of design elements and coordination across structural, MEP, and interior disciplines.
- Ability to support Project Management activities, such as timelines, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency with relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with building codes and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or pursuit of licensure is an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with multidisciplinary teams and conduct site visits.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to sustainable and practical design solutions.
