Key Responsibility:● Preparing and designing preliminary plans● Develop design ideas working with team● Develop design schemes and feasibility studies● Coordinate with other disciplines● Learn and understand International Building Codes● Create presentation books for client presentations.● Becomes familiar with company’s safety and working protocols● No site visits required.
Qualifications:● 1-2 years of experience in US project-related field (preferred)● Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop,
Bluebeam etc.● Possess a strong theoretical and technical knowledge● Ability to participate and collaborate in team projects.● Ability to work independently and come up with solutions.● Ability to think critically and creativity skills● Strong verbal and written skills● Strong prioritization and organization skills to meet deadlines● Ability to effectively meet deadlines
