Job Title: Architect Job Type: Full time Key Responsibility:● Preparing and designing preliminary plans● Develop design ideas working with team● Develop design schemes and feasibility studies● Coordinate with other disciplines● Learn and understand International Building Codes● Create presentation books for client presentations.● Becomes familiar with company’s safety and working protocols● No site visits required. Qualifications:● 1-2 years of experience in US project-related field (preferred)● Strong knowledge of Auto CAD, Revit, Photoshop,



Bluebeam etc.● Possess a strong theoretical and technical knowledge● Ability to participate and collaborate in team projects.● Ability to work independently and come up with solutions.● Ability to think critically and creativity skills● Strong verbal and written skills● Strong prioritization and organization skills to meet deadlines● Ability to effectively meet deadlines Work Authorization:● India Job Type: Full-time Onwards: ₹30,000.00 per month Education: Bachelors in Architecture Experience: Total work: 2-3 years (Preferred)Revit: 2 years (Required)At least 1.5 years of exp. in the US projects Language: English (Required)
