Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Hyderabad. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, creating detailed drawings, and preparing design documentation for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal teams and clients, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring designs align with project requirements, building codes, and sustainability considerations.

The role involves site visits, reviewing construction progress, resolving design-related issues, and contributing to layouts and integrated design solutions that complement interiors, landscaping, and marketing objectives.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of design drawings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and managing project deliverables and timelines.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration only where relevant to architectural workflows, such as coordinating with teams using BIM tools or integrated design platforms.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D modeling, and rendering software) is beneficial.
- A professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from a recognized institution is preferred.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Hyderabad or similar urban contexts is advantageous.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a multidisciplinary design setting.
- Prior experience in landscaping, interiors, or layout planning, and a portfolio demonstrating design quality and technical proficiency, is a plus.
