Role Description This is a full time, on-site Architect role based in Kozhikode. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for residential and commercial projects, including preparing drawings, plans, and 3D visualizations. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, coordinating with structural, MEP, and interior teams, and ensuring designs align with budget, regulations, and safety standards.

The role involves overseeing design integration across different disciplines, supporting project documentation, and assisting in site visits to review progress and address design-related issues.



The Architect will also work with project managers to track timelines and support smooth execution from design to completion.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including space planning, façade design, and familiarity with local building codes.
- Candidates should possess relevant Software Development and Integration skills as applied to architectural workflows, such as integrating design tools, BIM platforms, or CAD systems for coordinated project delivery.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and monitoring design-related timelines and deliverables.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic knowledge of visualization tools will be beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or an equivalent professional qualification, along with applicable registration or licensing as required, is preferred.
- Strong communication, client-handling, and documentation skills, with the ability to work on-site with diverse stakeholders, will be advantageous.
- Prior experience in residential or Kerala-style home design projects, and understanding of local materials and construction practices, is a plus.
