Architect – B.Arch / M.Arch

Role: Architect

Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch

Experience: 2–6 years in Architecture / Real Estate / Construction

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings for projects.
- Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Conduct site visits and ensure execution is as per approved drawings.
- Prepare working drawings, presentation drawings, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Review drawings and make necessary modifications as per project requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and project standards.
- Assist in material selection, finishes, and design detailing.
- Monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues at site.




- Maintain project drawings, revisions, and documentation.
- Support project planning and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.

Required Skills:

- B.Arch / M.Arch qualification.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drawing software.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural design and construction.
- Knowledge of building codes and construction standards.
- Good design, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
