- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, solution design, and technical delivery, with robust expertise in AWS, Node.js, TypeScript, and IoT.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale technology engagements from solution definition and architecture through implementation and delivery.
- Should have successfully led at least 2 large engagements, demonstrating strong technical ownership, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership.
- Strong experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-native solutions using AWS.
- Hands-on experience in solution architecture, application design, API design, microservices, and system integration patterns.
- Proven experience in designing and building complex, scalable Node.js applications using frameworks such as Express.js or Nest.js.
- Strong understanding of AWS services and experience in defining appropriate cloud architecture and technology solutions.
- Experience with DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and caching mechanisms is preferred.
- Experience in designing and implementing micro-frontend architecture.
- Good understanding of front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.




- Strong understanding of non-functional aspects such as scalability, performance, security, availability, and maintainability.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, define architecture/design approaches, and drive implementation with engineering teams.
- Experience in reviewing technical designs, identifying risks/dependencies, and ensuring adherence to architecture and engineering standards.
- Strong experience in coordinating with customers, product/business teams, architects, and engineering teams to drive technical decisions and delivery.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with a strong understanding of delivery planning, estimation, dependencies, risks, and execution tracking.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive initiatives independently and provide technical direction to teams.
