We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to handle the planning, design, documentation, and execution support for residential, commercial, and other architectural projects. The candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure that designs are practical, aesthetically solid, technically accurate, and executed as per approved drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for various projects.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction details.
- Translate client requirements and design concepts into practical architectural solutions.
- Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, landscape, and other consultants.
- Review architectural drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable building regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and design intent.
- Identify and resolve design and execution-related issues at site.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, site engineers, and project managers for smooth project execution.
- Prepare material specifications, schedules, presentations, and other project documentation.
- Review shop drawings, samples, material selections, and mock-ups.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, estimates, and quantity requirements wherever required.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain updated records of drawings and revisions.
- Incorporate design changes based on client, consultant, or project requirements.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations when required.




- Ensure projects meet required standards of quality, functionality, aesthetics, and timelines.
- Support the project team during execution, finishing, snagging, and handover stages.

Required Qualifications
- B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) from a recognized institution.
- 3–7 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or real estate projects will be preferred.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization, or similar software
- Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and detailing
- Understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings
- Strong site coordination and execution skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and design sensibility
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in residential developments, luxury homes, commercial projects, hospitality, high-end interiors, or real estate construction will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
