The PLCMS Developer plays a critical role in enabling business growth and IT global operational excellence by designing, developing, configuring, and supporting Product Lifecycle Content Management (PLCMS) solutions using Windchill Arbortext, DITA XML, and related content publishing technologies. This role partners with business stakeholders, technical teams, and content authors to deliver scalable, effective, and compliant content management solutions that improve authoring, translation, publishing, and content reuse processes across the enterprise.

Requirements

- Bachelors/masters degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related.

- 5-8 years exp in PLCMS, Windchill Arbortext, XML publishing, or related content management technologies.

- Experience designing and implementing enterprise content management and publishing solutions.

- Strong in XML technologies and content publishing platform.





- Strong hands-on experience with: Windchill, Arbortext Editor, Arbortext Styler,DITA XML,XML Schema (XSD),XSLT,XPath,XQuery. Establishing authoring practices in accordance with DITA standards.

- Proficient in creating XML templates and training users on content authoring processes.Developing and modifying stylesheets using Arbortext Styler for PDF and HTML publishing.

- Customizing Arbortext Editor according to business requirements.Integrating Arbortext Editor and Styler with CMS/PLCMS platforms.

- Configuring bursting, profiling, publishing, and automated content delivery rules.

- Translation management using Windchill and Arbortext Editor.Basic knowledge of Windchill business administration, system administration, and configuration management.
