2. Stipend / Salary Structure

- Bank Contribution: 14,000 per month
- Government Support: 4,500 per month (as per apprenticeship scheme)
- Total Stipend: 18,500 per month

3. Role Overview The Apprentice will support product information, customer interaction and branch-level activities. They will be mapped under PHL & SBL functions depending on placement. 4. Key Responsibilities





- Provide explicit product information to customers.
- Assist branch teams with daily operational tasks.
- Support documentation processes (scanning, uploading, verification).
- Maintain data accuracy and follow compliance guidelines.
- Participate in field visits when required (occasional branch visits).
- Coordinate with senior team members for apprenticeship tasks.
- Handle customer queries related to products (training will be provided).
- Ensure timely completion of assigned targets.

5. Skills Required

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in field/branch roles.
