– AR Caller ( Freshers & Experienced ) :

Job Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims.

- Follow up on unpaid, pending, denied, rejected, and underpaid claims.

- Verify claim status, payment details, denial reasons, and other claim-related information.

- Communicate with insurance representatives and obtain the required information.

- Analyze claim denials and take appropriate action for claim resolution.

- Follow up with insurance companies within the required timelines.

- Review EOBs/ERAs and identify payment discrepancies, where applicable.

- Maintain accurate documentation of all calls and follow-up activities.

- Update claim status and relevant information in the system.

- Escalate complex claims or issues to the appropriate team.

- Meet daily productivity, quality,



and accuracy targets.

- Follow company policies, processes, and client requirements.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Any Graduate can apply.

- Positive verbal and written English communication skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

- Good listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Candidates should be willing to work in US Night Shifts.

- Candidates should be willing to work from the office.

- Experienced candidates with knowledge of US Healthcare RCM, Insurance Follow-up, and Denial Management will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
