The apprentice will be accountable for delivering measurable content outputs, adherence to timelines, and engagement performance of learning assets.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development
- Create learning videos, reels, animations, and digital learning assets.
- Design presentations, infographics, job aids, and learning posters.
- Convert training content into engaging micro-learning modules.
- Develop visual content for compliance, onboarding, sales capability, product training, process training and leadership programs.
Digital Learning Support
- Upload and update content on LMS and digital learning platforms.
- Maintain learning content repository.
- Track content usage and learner engagement metrics.
Multimedia Production
- Video creation, editing, subtitling, and formatting.
- Create motion graphics and straightforward animations with available tools.
- Edit audio and enhance content quality.
