As a fresher, you will undergo comprehensive training. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Client Communication: Address incoming B2B/B2C client queries, requests, and concerns via professional emails, phone calls, and corporate chat channels.
- Relationship Management: Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing proactive updates on active timelines, deliverables, or service pipelines.
- Issue Resolution: Coordinate internally with data, operational, or technical teams to resolve client complaints swiftly and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Data & CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of all client interactions, reports, and accounts using MS Excel and inner database systems.
- Feedback Gathering:
Collect recurring client feedback and share insights with senior managers to improve business delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BMS, BA, B.Sc, or equivalent).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency with a qualified corporate etiquette.
- Technical Aptitude: Foundational hands-on knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and basic email tools.
- Soft Skills: Quick learner with strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and a problem-solving mindset.
