We are looking for an experienced Aras Innovator Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise PLM solutions using Aras Innovator. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in PLM architecture, Digital Thread, enterprise integrations, manufacturing/aerospace environments, BOM management, and end-to-end product lifecycle processes.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Aras-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect enterprise Aras Innovator PLM solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Define end-to-end PLM/Digital Thread architecture across requirements, engineering, CAD, EBOM, MBOM, manufacturing, quality and sustainment.
- Design integrations between Aras and enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, CAD/PDM and other external applications.
- Define data ownership, relationships, workflows, lifecycles and integration architecture.
- Lead As-Is / To-Be analysis, fit-gap assessments and solution design workshops.
- Design scalable and reusable Aras solutions for multiple customers/business units.
- Provide technical direction to Aras developers and review solution/design approaches.




- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Provide guidance on Aras configuration, customization, AML, C#/.NET, JavaScript and APIs.
- Support POCs, technical demonstrations, estimations and solution proposals.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable and upgrade-friendly.
- Guide teams on BOM, Change Management, workflows, lifecycles and PLM data traceability.
- Troubleshoot complex architectural and integration issues.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of PLM/IT experience with strong Aras Innovator experience
- Strong experience as Aras Solution Architect / PLM Architect / Technical Architect
- Robust hands-on experience with Aras Innovator

- Experience in Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive or Industrial Engineering domains
- Strong architecture, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills
