Job Summary

We are hiring Post-Appraisal QC Analysts to review US residential appraisal reports for accuracy, compliance and adherence to lender and regulatory guidelines. You will approve or decline reports, work with appraisers on corrections, and deliver final reports to clients within SLA.

Responsibilities

- Perform QC reviews of completed appraisal reports (1004, 1073, 1025, 1004C, 1075, 2055) for single family, condo and PUD properties, owner-occupied or tenant-occupied
- Identify discrepancies and deficiencies against USPAP, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, AMC and client-specific guidelines




- Cross-check appraisal reports against purchase contracts, engagement letters and condo questionnaires
- Coordinate with appraisers to get reports corrected and returned in an acceptable format
- Complete reviews accurately and within SLA timeframes
- Meet daily targets and report work status to the team manager regularly
- Deliver final reports with supporting documentation to clients

Qualifications

- 1.5 to 2 years of work experience
- Experience in the valuation domain is preferred; candidates from other domains will also be considered
- Good English communication skills, written and verbal
- Good team-handling, coordination and independent decision-making skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo and Conventional guidelines is an added advantage
- Comfortable working the 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM night shift from the office
