Responsibilities

- Contact insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers regarding outstanding medical claims.

- Follow up on unpaid, underpaid, and pending claims to ensure timely reimbursement.

- Identify and resolve claim errors, payment issues, and billing discrepancies.

- Work on denied claims, including claim correction and appeals.

- Interpret EOB / ERA and understand payer guidelines.

- Work with CARC / RARC codes to identify denial and payment reasons.

- Handle claims submitted through UB-04 and CMS-1500 forms.

- Understand healthcare billing workflows including OPD / IPD processes.

- Maintain accurate records of claim follow-ups, payments, denials, and appeals.

- Handle high-volume voice processes while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in AR Physician / Hospital Calling within Healthcare RCM.





- Strong understanding of medical claims, denials, appeals, and reimbursement processes.

- Knowledge of CARC / RARC codes, EOB / ERA, UB-04, and CMS-1500.

- Understanding of ICD-10 and CPT and basic medical billing workflows.

- Familiarity with HIS, ERP, and healthcare billing software such as Epic or Cerner.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage high call volumes in a voice-based process.

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

- Undergraduate or Graduate candidates are eligible.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
