Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Hybrid About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Appointment Setter to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, introducing our products/services, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and prospects. Introduce AMSOL IT's products and services clearly and professionally. Understand customer requirements and identify potential opportunities.

Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales/BDR team. Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp. Maintain accurate customer and follow-up details in the CRM. Coordinate with the sales team and provide regular updates.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets. Handle customer questions professionally and escalate complex queries when required.

Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.



Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. Good English communication; Tamil is an added advantage. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace. Ability to work with targets and follow-up schedules. Freshers with good communication skills can apply. Previous experience in telecalling, appointment setting, B2B sales, or customer support is an advantage.
