Brainwave Nextgen Technologies is an early-stage agri-tech startup building AI products for India's food supply chain. We are looking for someone with 0 to 1 years of experience who wants to build real products from scratch and grow into a full-time role.

What You Will Do

- Build, train, and tune ML models end to end: feature pipelines, training loops, evaluation, and deployment.
- Own model performance on live products, from raw data to production.
- Build enterprise grade solutions end to end: backend services, APIs, databases, and the systems that put models in front of customers.
- Research deeply: read papers, benchmark approaches, dig into the domain, and turn findings into product decisions.
- Work directly with the founders. Small team, real ownership, no middle layer, no bureaucracy. You shape what gets built.
- Learn from our advisors, CXOs at some of India's biggest FMCG companies.

What We Are Looking For

Basic Qualifications

- 0 to 1 years of experience. Freshers are welcome.
- Have built and trained ML models in Python with scikit-learn, pandas, and NumPy, through projects, internships, or coursework.
- Have worked with regression, tree based models, ensembles, and clustering,



and evaluated them properly with the right metric and validation scheme, without leakage.
- Have built at least one working application end to end: backend, APIs, database, and deployed code.
- Have used Git and SQL in real projects.
- Use AI coding tools daily. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar, and you can explain and debug every line you ship.
- Self-starter. You build from scratch, research deeply, and figure things out without waiting for a spec.

Preferred Qualifications

- Have worked with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
- Have built with CNNs, NLP, and time-series forecasting.
- Have deployed models with FastAPI or Flask, Docker, and AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Have built with LLMs, RAG, or agentic workflows.
- Kaggle, open-source, published research, or a prior ML or software internship.

The Details

- Location: In-person, Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Duration: 3 to 6 months, with the option to convert to full time
- Stipend: Rs 15,000 per month
- Experience: 0 to 1 years
