NetSuite Account Reconciliation (NSAR) . The role involves L2 application support, troubleshooting, user access management, stakeholder interaction, application administration, and collaboration with global/US-based teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide

L2 support for NetSuite and NSAR .Manage NSAR access requests, provisioning and governance.Troubleshoot NetSuite, NSAR and integrated-system issues.Perform root-cause analysis and work with development teams on complex issues.Support users and conduct application training.Maintain SOPs, user guides and knowledge-base documentation.Support integrations involving

Salesforce, NetSuite, Ragic, CaseLocker and DocuSign .Support upgrades, enhancements, testing and integration initiatives.Monitor application performance and identify recurring issues.Generate reports and analyze trends.Support system configuration and customization.Work with vendors/support partners on complex issues.Use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot for support efficiency and automation.
