Role & responsibilities

- Involve in customize designing of Punch & dies drawings and tablet tooling press.

- Preparing the General Arrangement drawings and 3D Models.

- Assist in compiling design to CNC machine for precise machining.

- Involve in sketch work of the Punch & Dies tooling.

- Creating the 3D Model of Difference types of Molding Dies & Patterns.

- Completing the task in a set time frame.

- Should possess positive analytical ability.

- Should be able to give Application view point and suggest solution on Punch and dies issues.

Preferred candidate profile

- Should have knowledge of Design Software: AutoCAD & Solid Works

- Candidate must have knowledge of Coating & MOC (Materials of Construction)

- Should have analytical knowledge of issues related to sticking, picking (tacking), capping and should be able to suggest solutions of punches.
