We are looking for an Apparel Merchandiser to manage the coordination of garment orders from product development to final production and dispatch. The role will involve coordinating with design, production, vendors, and internal teams to ensure products are delivered on time and as per approved specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the complete merchandising process from sampling to bulk production and dispatch.

- Coordinate with designers, production teams, suppliers, and vendors for product development and execution.

- Prepare and maintain tech packs, BOMs, measurement charts, and production specifications.

- Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, samples, and other materials required for production.

- Coordinate sample development, fittings, corrections, and approvals.

- Track production timelines and ensure orders are completed as per deadlines.

- Communicate approved specifications, samples, and requirements to vendors.





- Monitor quality and ensure bulk production matches approved samples and specifications.

- Maintain order-wise production and delivery status reports.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve production, quality, and material-related issues.

Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Fashion, Apparel, Textile, Garment Technology, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in apparel merchandising.

- Positive knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, measurements, and production processes.

- Good MS Excel and documentation skills.

- Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.

- Experience in sportswear/activewear will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
