Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced APAC S4 Source to Pay (S2P) Regional Data Expert to lead regional master data harmonization, governance, validation, and migration activities as part of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation.

The role will be responsible for Source-to-Pay data domains across procurement and accounts payable and will work closely with global data teams, business stakeholders, SMEs, and implementation partners to ensure accurate and seamless migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the regional Source-to-Pay (S2P) data scope, including:
- Purchasing
- Vendor/Supplier Master
- Contracts
- Source Lists
- Purchasing Info Records
- Lead fit-gap analysis, data profiling, mapping, cleansing, harmonization, and migration activities.
- Coordinate end-to-end SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA data migration.
- Manage mock migrations, trial loads, data conversion, reconciliation, and validation activities.
- Drive regional data governance, standardization, and data quality across markets, plants, categories, and business functions.
- Lead data validation, defect resolution, testing, UAT, and regional sign-off.
- Identify and resolve data conversion and migration-related issues during testing cycles.
- Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Resolve post-migration master data and transactional data issues.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
- Act as the primary regional point of contact for S2P data migration and governance.
- Coordinate with global data teams, implementation partners, business SMEs, data owners,



and cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7 years of experience in SAP Master Data Management, with strong experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) domains.
- Strong experience with:
- Purchasing Master Data
- Vendor/Supplier Master
- Contracts
- Source Lists
- Purchasing Info Records
- Proven experience working on SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Experience in at least 2 SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA data migration.
- Expertise in:
- Data profiling
- Data extraction
- Data mapping
- Data conversion
- Data validation
- Mock migration cycles
- Strong experience in data cleansing, harmonization, governance, and master data quality management.
- Good understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and SAP MM/FI integration, particularly procurement and Accounts Payable.
- Experience conducting fit-gap analysis and defining regional/local data requirements.
- Experience managing data defects and conversion issues through testing and UAT.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams, regional stakeholders, business SMEs, and implementation partners.
