Key Responsibilities

- Prepare the anaesthesia workstation, machine, ventilator, breathing circuits, and airway equipment before every procedure.
- Assist the Anaesthesiologist during induction, maintenance, and recovery from anaesthesia.
- Arrange and check required anaesthesia drugs, IV supplies, syringes, airway devices, and emergency equipment as directed.
- Assist with preparation and availability of laryngoscopes, endotracheal tubes, masks, suction equipment, and other airway devices.
- Ensure appropriate patient monitoring equipment is available and functioning.
- Maintain and check the emergency/resuscitation trolley.
- Follow strict infection-control, sterilization, and aseptic protocols.
- Clean, disinfect, and appropriately store anaesthesia equipment after procedures.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report malfunction or maintenance requirements promptly.




- Maintain adequate stock of anaesthesia consumables and equipment and report shortages.
- Maintain required records, checklists, equipment logs, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Anaesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and OT staff for smooth functioning of procedures.
- Provide assistance during anaesthesia-related emergencies and resuscitation, within the technician's scope of practice.
- Follow hospital policies, patient-safety standards, and biomedical-waste-management procedures.

Qualification
- Diploma/B.Sc. in Anaesthesia Technology / Anaesthesia & Operation Theatre Technology, as applicable to the institution and local regulations.
- Relevant clinical/OT experience may be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
