About the Role

MORES is looking for a confident, energetic, and camera-friendly Anchor & Content Presenter to become a key on-camera face of the brand.

The role involves hosting and presenting at events, creating social-media videos, appearing in promotional and branded content, and representing MORES across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking on camera, interacting with people, working at live events, and creating engaging content in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent MORES as an on-camera anchor and brand personality.
- Host and anchor events, activations, launches, and other brand activities.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, short-form videos, interviews, and other social-media content.
- Present scripted and unscripted content naturally and confidently.
- Conduct interviews with guests, customers, industry professionals, influencers, and other relevant personalities.
- Engage with audiences and participants during live events and on-ground activations.
- Work closely with the content, marketing, creative, and production teams to develop video content.
- Participate in photoshoots, video shoots, promotional campaigns, and brand collaborations.
- Research topics and prepare talking points, questions, and scripts before shoots.
- Deliver content with appropriate energy, expressions, voice modulation, and body language.
- Be comfortable improvising and handling unexpected situations during live events and shoots.
- Actively participate in developing current content ideas and formats for social media.
- Maintain a professional appearance and consistently represent the MORES brand image.
- Be available for event-based work, outdoor shoots, travel, and extended working hours when required.

Social Media & Content Responsibilities

- Become a recognizable on-camera presence across MORES' digital platforms.
- Create content that is informative, entertaining, relatable, and aligned with the brand.




- Understand current social-media trends, formats, hooks, and audience engagement techniques.
- Collaborate with the content team to improve video performance and audience engagement.
- Be comfortable creating content in both planned and spontaneous formats.
- Contribute ideas for Reels, interviews, event coverage, behind-the-scenes content, and other digital formats.

Events & On-Ground Responsibilities

- Host and moderate events professionally.
- Welcome and interact with guests, speakers, partners, and audiences.
- Conduct stage interviews, audience interactions, and event segments.
- Cover events through short-form video and social-media content.
- Represent the brand confidently in front of large audiences.
- Coordinate with the event and production teams to ensure smooth execution.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is:

- Confident and highly comfortable in front of the camera.
- Articulate, energetic, and engaging.
- Naturally conversational rather than overly scripted.
- Comfortable interacting with different types of people.
- Presentable and professional.
- Quick-thinking and capable of improvising.
- Passionate about social media, video content, events, and entertainment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work 6 days a week and be flexible according to event and shoot schedules.

Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong command of English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
- Good voice modulation, pronunciation, expressions, and body language.
- Strong interviewing and public-speaking skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video content.
- Ability to learn scripts quickly and deliver them naturally.
- Prior experience in anchoring, presenting, events, media, content creation, journalism, hospitality, or public-facing roles is preferred.
- Candidates with strong on-camera presence and excellent communication skills may be considered even without formal anchoring experience.
