GenXAI looking for a motivated Anaplan professional to join our EPM practice. You'll work alongside some of the best people in Enterprise Performance Management and help global multinational clients get planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting right. Along the way, you'll learn how our clients' businesses run, which processes matter most to them, and how their data models drive growth. You'll also have experienced mentors backing you up.

Experience: 3-6 Years

Location: Mumbai/ Bengaluru

Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design and Development

· Design, develop, test, support and deploy Anaplan business planning models.

· Design and implement data models and hierarchies.

· Design UI, dashboards, actions and workflows.

· Define and administer user roles and permissions in Anaplan.

· Perform ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) between models.

· Apply the latest Anaplan capabilities, such as PlanIQ, New UX, ALM and PLANUAL 2.0.

· Follow The Anaplan Way and use Anaplan syntax and functionality to build and support complex models.

2. Requirements and Documentation

· Capture and document customer needs,



business strategy and processes.

· Write detailed user stories and create supporting visuals.

· Design and develop testing and maintenance procedures and activities.

· Create and maintain up-to-date software documentation.

3. Delivery and Stakeholder Management

· Manage stakeholders, raise concerns upfront and estimate project timelines accurately.

· Work in an Agile development environment.

· Take on a project management role as needed.

· Deliver within tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure.

· Adapt to multiple use cases: FP&A;, S&OP;, Workforce Planning, Sales & Quota Planning, ICM and Project Planning.

· Manage a customer-facing role in at least one greenfield implementation.

Required Skills & Experience

· 3-6 years of hands-on Anaplan experience.

· Successful completion of 3 end-to-end Anaplan implementations is a plus.

· Advanced MS Excel skills, including deep formula knowledge, automated data frameworks and Power Query.

· Foundational knowledge of financial, supply chain or sales planning.

Educational Qualification

· B.Engg. / B.Tech / M.Sc. / MCA / Chartered Accountant

· MBA in Finance or Operations is a plus

Certifications

· Certified Anaplan Model Builder (Level 2 and Level 3) and TAW.

· Anaplan Solution Architect certification is a strong value add.
