Job Summary

The Analyst is responsible for reviewing and assessing websites, products, merchants, and certification applicants to identify potential compliance, policy, and risk concerns.

The role involves conducting online research and background investigations using Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), internal tools, and available data, making informed decisions, and preparing explicit and accurate reports. The Analyst should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines.

Candidates from Trust & Safety, Compliance, Risk Analysis, Research, Content Moderation, Online Investigations, Fraud/Risk Operations, or related backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Review, analyze, and classify certification applicants, websites, products, and merchants.
- Conduct online research and background investigations using OSINT and internal tools.
- Review website content, products, and policies to identify compliance risks or potential violations.
- Analyze information from multiple sources and make accurate decisions, including when information is incomplete or ambiguous.
- Prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports within defined timelines.
- Escalate complex cases, questions, or potential risks to the appropriate team.
- Maintain accurate records and support program documentation.
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders through email, phone, or virtual meetings when required.
- Collaborate with Legal, Engineering, Product Management,



and other teams as needed.
- Support process improvements, audits, and other assigned projects.
- Monitor relevant billing or payment information and escalate concerns when required.
- Handle sensitive or potentially offensive online content professionally.
- Accept feedback, adapt to changes, and continuously develop knowledge and skills.

- B.Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or M.Pharmacy (M.Pharm) candidates are preferred.
- Candidates with other relevant Bachelor's or Master's degrees may also be considered based on their relevant experience and skill set.

Qualifications:

Analyst I

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- B.Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or M.Pharmacy (M.Pharm) is preferred.
- 03 years of relevant experience in research, compliance, risk analysis, Trust & Safety, content moderation, online investigations, or related fields.
- Freshers with strong analytical, research, and communication skills may also be considered.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Analyst II:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree; B.Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or M.Pharmacy (M.Pharm) is preferred.
- Relevant experience in research, compliance, risk analysis, Trust & Safety, investigations, or related fields.
- Ability to independently handle regular certification reviews with minimal supervision.
- Capable of handling complex cases and making sound decisions with limited guidance.
- Ability to support quality audits, process improvements, and team development.
- For internal progression, at least one year of experience as an Analyst I or equivalent relevant experience may be required.
