About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Amazon Operations Specialist to oversee and manage daily operations within Amazon Seller Central. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive, end-to-end knowledge of the Amazon ecosystem, with a solid preference for those who have directly managed accounts in the US marketplace. You will be responsible for ensuring account health, resolving catalog issues, optimizing fulfillment, and providing basic support for Amazon PPC campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Seller Central Management: Handle all daily operations within Amazon Seller Central, acting as the primary owner of account stability and performance.
- Catalog & Listing Management: Create, optimize, and troubleshoot product listings. Resolve complex catalog issues, including stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and detail page ownership conflicts.
- Account Health & Compliance: Monitor account health metrics daily. Proactively address policy warnings, handle account suspensions, submit PoAs (Plans of Action), and manage escalations with Amazon Seller Support.
- FBA & Inventory Operations: Manage FBA shipment creation, track inbound shipments, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent stockouts or excessive storage fees.
- Amazon Advertising (Basic): Assist with the management of Amazon PPC campaigns. Monitor spend, track ACoS/RoAS, adjust bids,



and perform basic keyword harvesting to support the broader advertising strategy. Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, inventory health, and operational bottlenecks.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 3 years of dedicated, hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central operations.
- Platform Expertise: Complete "in-and-out" knowledge of the Amazon Seller Central dashboard, FBA processes, and Amazon’s terms of service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. You must be able to write clear, persuasive support tickets, PoAs, and communicate effectively with the team.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to navigate Amazon’s complex support system and successfully resolve catalog and account health issues.

Preferred Qualifications Market Experience:

- Direct experience managing and scaling brands on the US Amazon Marketplace (Amazon.com).
- PPC Knowledge: Working knowledge of Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display). You don't need to be a high-level media buyer, but you should confidently know your way around the ads console.
- E-commerce Tools: Familiarity with third-party Amazon software (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or similar inventory management systems).

Pay: ₹223,877.68 - ₹931,020.64 per year
