- Support the Asset Management team in maintaining market intelligence, rental benchmarking and site data.
- Execute the savings-first model for real estate cases including renewals, relocations, exits and escalation conversions.
- Maintain trackers for cases, savings identified, compliance gaps and landlord issues, ensuring timely updates and closure.
- Coordinate with Projects, Legal, Finance, Store Operations and regional teams to track action items and resolve open issues.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, management presentations and periodic performance summaries.
- Support data analysis to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Assist with financial calculations, including savings analysis, NPV/XIRR where applicable.
- Support process automation and improvement by mapping existing processes, documenting requirements and testing current tools.
- Coordinate with IT/Product teams on system issues, bug reporting and change requests.
- Maintain data accuracy, tracker hygiene, SOPs, process maps and FAQs.
- Track SLA adherence and ageing of open cases and proactively escalate delays or gaps.
- Support rollout and adoption of new processes and mechanisms across regional teams.
