- Manage back-office customs clearance activities while ensuring compliance with applicable customs regulations.
- Manage many files accurately and efficiently.
- Submit documents, expense reports, and other necessary inputs promptly for the seamless flow of tasks
- Use internal software application features to complete back-office tasks faster and with better quality.
- Handle customer escalations
