Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Fabricator Supervisor to supervise aluminium fabrication activities, manage the fabrication team, and ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily aluminium fabrication and installation activities.

- Read and interpret aluminium fabrication drawings and measurements.

- Coordinate and allocate work to fabricators and helpers.

- Monitor cutting, drilling, assembling, glazing, and installation works.

- Ensure proper use of aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, and other materials.

- Check measurements and dimensions before fabrication and installation.

- Ensure work is completed according to drawings and quality standards.

- Monitor material usage and minimize material wastage.

- Coordinate with site engineers, project teams, and other departments.

- Maintain daily work progress and manpower reports.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures at the workplace/site.

- Identify and resolve fabrication or installation-related issues.

- Train and guide workers to improve productivity and quality.
