Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Allen Bradley PLC Engineer role based in Pune City.

The engineer will design, program, test, and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC systems for industrial automation projects, including configuring control logic, HMI interfaces, and communication networks. Daily responsibilities include reviewing electrical drawings, integrating PLCs with field devices, conducting FAT/SAT, and supporting commissioning and startup at customer locations. The role involves diagnosing system issues, implementing modifications or upgrades, and collaborating with electrical design, project, and maintenance teams to ensure safe, stable, and efficient operation.

The engineer will also prepare technical documentation, maintain project records,



and provide training or guidance to operators and maintenance staff as needed.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, Electricity, and Power Systems, with the ability to apply these concepts to industrial automation and control.

Proficiency in Electrical Design and Power Distribution for control panels, MCCs, and field wiring, including reading and creating electrical schematics.

⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLCs (e.g., ControlLogix, CompactLogix, MicroLogix), RSLogix/Studio 5000, and related Rockwell Automation tools.

Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus), HMI/SCADA development, and integration with field instrumentation and drives.

Ability to perform site commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a closely related field.

Effective problem-solving skills, clear technical communication, and capability to work safely and collaboratively on-site in Pune City.

Experience with industrial safety standards, documentation practices, and customer-facing project work is an advantage.

Experience-2-4 years.
