About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Airtable Specialists to contribute to a project focused on improving advanced AI systems. In this role, you will apply your expertise in workflow design, database management, automation, and operational processes to help train next-generation AI models.

Your work will involve completing and evaluating real-world Airtable workflows, documenting processes, reviewing database structures, and providing expert insights into how Airtable is used across product management, project management, and business operations. No prior AI experience is required — your Airtable expertise is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete and review realistic Airtable workflows and operational processes.
- Create, manage, and optimize Airtable bases, tables, fields, records, views, and linked relationships.
- Design and evaluate workflow automation using Airtable Automations and related features.
- Work with Airtable forms, interfaces, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Demonstrate practical Airtable use cases across project management, product management, operations, and business workflows.
- Organize and manage structured data efficiently within Airtable environments.
- Document workflow steps, configurations, and best practices clearly and accurately.
- Review workflows and provide detailed feedback based on real-world Airtable experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, automation, and data organization.
- Support the creation of high-quality training and evaluation data for AI systems.

Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience using Airtable in a professional environment.
- Experience creating and managing Airtable bases, tables,



and workflows.
- Knowledge of Airtable automations, forms, interfaces, views, and data relationships.
- Robust understanding of workflow design, database organization, and information management.
- Experience using Airtable for product management, project management, operations, CRM, or related business functions.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing Airtable solutions for business operations, project tracking, CRM, inventory management, or product workflows.
- Familiarity with Airtable integrations and connected applications.
- Experience designing complex relational databases and automated workflows.
- Background in product operations, project management, process improvement, or workflow optimization.
- Experience creating training materials, process documentation, or workflow guides.
- Solid understanding of data governance and information management best practices.
- Interest in AI, automation, and operational technology.
