We are looking for enthusiastic, well-groomed and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Ground Staff. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing professional assistance to customers and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with check-in, boarding and general service requirements.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Assist passengers with directions, counters and boarding-related procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support baggage-related customer assistance and service requests.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with customers.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve routine queries efficiently.




- Follow company policies, operational procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and skilled presentation.

Candidate Profile

- 12th pass and above candidates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Presentable personality with a professional approach.
- Ability to work in a team and handle customer interactions confidently.
- Basic knowledge of English and Hindi preferred.
