MARS like to Key clients.

Performs system processing as per defined guidelines/standard operating procedures.

Responds to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

Highlights issues, if any, and requests corrective action from supervisor.

Communicates with stakeholders regarding process issues if required.

Makes recommendations and suggestions on how to improve processes and procedures.
