Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new business opportunities for industrial air compressors, air dryers, compressed air systems, and related products.
- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, plant visits, referrals, enquiries, and market research.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable compressor, dryer, receiver, piping, and compressed air solutions.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial quotations, follow up with customers, and negotiate to close orders.
- Conduct customer visits and provide technical presentations and product demonstrations as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Purchase, Maintenance, Engineering, Projects, and Production teams.
- Coordinate with the service and technical team for site surveys, installation requirements, commissioning, AMC, and after-sales support.
- Maintain regular follow-ups on enquiries, quotations, pending orders, and customer requirements and update sales reports and CRM records.

Skills and Qualifications:





- Engineering degree/diploma (Mechanical/Industrial preferred) or equivalent technical experience.
- Good understanding of industrial air compressors, compressed air systems, dryers, receivers, and pneumatic applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
- Positive technical understanding with the ability to identify customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Sales-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven with good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to travel for customer visits and business development.

Experience:

2 to 5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in air compressors, compressed air systems, pneumatic products, or related industrial equipment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
