Role Overview

We’re expanding our AI initiatives and looking for AI/ML Developers to build agentic and LLM-powered solutions across departments, including intelligent capabilities for our proctoring platform. You’ll work hands-on with contemporary LLM frameworks to design, build, and deploy intelligent automation and applications that solve real business problems.

Responsibilities

- Build applications powered by LLM APIs
- Build AI-driven integrity and monitoring capabilities for our proctoring platform, such as behavioral anomaly detection, automated flagging, and intelligent proctoring workflows
- Develop agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector, ChromaDB)
- Design and refine prompts for reliability, accuracy, and safety
- Build and expose services using FastAPI or Flask




- Work with Model Context Protocol (MCP) to integrate tools and data sources with LLM agents
- Fine-tune or apply ML models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or Scikit-learn where relevant
- Automate workflows using tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Deploy and manage AI workloads using Azure OpenAI Service / Azure Machine Learning and Docker
- Implement evaluation frameworks and guardrails to ensure safe, reliable LLM outputs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our proctoring product team, to identify and scope AI use cases

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent practical experience is welcome.
