Job Summary

JK Maini Global Aerospace is looking for an experienced Aircraft Mechanic / Aerospace Assembler to join our precision manufacturing team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in structural and mechanical assembly, reading complex engineering drawings, applying specification torque, and maintaining strict compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100).

Key Responsibilities

- Mechanical & Structural Assembly: Perform mechanical assembly, torque fastening, fitting, alignment, and precise adjustments of aerospace components.
- Drawing & Documentation Interpretation: Read and interpret complex engineering/assembly drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), work instructions, and process specifications.
- Precision Measurement & Inspection: Perform first-piece inspection, self-inspection, and dimensional measurement using Vernier calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and dial indicators.
- Tool Operation: Safe and proficient handling of hand tools, calibrated torque wrenches, and pneumatic tools.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain non-conformance reporting,



adhere to AS9100 quality standards, and strictly follow 5S / continuous improvement practices on the shop floor.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Educational Background: ITI / Vocational Training in Mechanical trades or Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in aerospace, aviation, or high-precision mechanical manufacturing assembly.
- Core Competencies:
- Hands-on expertise in precision mechanical assembly, torque application, and fitting.
- High proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (Verniers, Micrometers, Height Gauges).
- Knowledge of GD&T;, fits, tolerances, and structural fastening techniques.
- Familiarity with 5S, safety standards, and defect reporting.
