Role Overview

Greentech Fashion is looking for a highly creative Generative AI Video Producer who can transform our footwear products, models, and campaign ideas into realistic, premium, high-converting AI videos .

The ideal candidate should understand both AI generation and advertising aesthetics —the output should not look obviously AI-generated. We want realistic models, natural movement, accurate products, strong storytelling, and scroll-stopping visuals.

Key Responsibilities

- Create premium AI-generated product and fashion videos for Greentech.
- Develop concepts, storyboards and shot-by-shot sequences before generation.
- Generate realistic Indian Gen Z models and lifestyle environments.
- Maintain product accuracy across every video frame—shape, colour, sole, detailing, charms, proportions, etc.
- Create videos for Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, Myntra, Amazon, website campaigns and product launches .
- Produce different formats including 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 .
- Create realistic walking, product interaction, close-up,



transition and lifestyle shots.
- Edit AI-generated clips into polished final advertisements.
- Add music, sound design, transitions, typography and brand elements where required.
- Maintain consistency of the same model/product across multiple shots.
- Continuously experiment with new AI video workflows and tools.

Tools / Skills We’re Looking For Experience with tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, Veo, Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT/Image Generation, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut is valuable. Candidates don’t need to use every tool—we care more about the quality of the final output .

Robust understanding of prompt engineering, image-to-video generation, camera movements, cinematography, fashion advertising, storytelling and video editing is important.

What Good Work Looks Like The final video should make someone think:

“This looks like a real fashion campaign shoot.”

Not:

“This looks AI-generated.”

- Product accuracy, realistic human movement, natural skin texture, consistent models, believable lighting and premium cinematography will be key evaluation criteria.
