Role Description The AI Video Editor will be responsible for planning, editing, and producing high-quality video content that supports AGPH Books’ academic and marketing initiatives. This full time, on-site role is based in the Greater Bhopal Area and involves working closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to translate educational material and brand messaging into engaging visual stories. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, applying AI-powered tools for editing and enhancement, performing color grading, adding motion graphics, and integrating static graphics where needed.

The role also requires maintaining organized project files,



following brand and style guidelines, optimizing videos for various platforms, and collaborating on new formats for educational and promotional content. The AI Video Editor is expected to stay current with video editing trends, AI-driven workflows, and best practices to continuously improve the visual quality and effectiveness of our content.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in video production and video editing to handle end-to-end creation of educational and promotional videos.
- Candidates should possess skills in video color grading to ensure visual consistency and high-quality imagery across all video projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in motion graphics to create engaging animations and visual elements that enhance academic and marketing content.
- Candidates should possess skills in graphics to design or adapt visual assets aligned with brand and educational requirements.
- Proficiency with industry-standard video editing software (e.g.,Flow , Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and familiarity with AI-based editing tools.
- Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and understanding of aspect ratios, formats, and platform-specific requirements.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced academic publishing environment.
