Job Summary

PIV is looking for a creative and experienced AI Video Editor with strong hands-on experience in AI video generation, video editing, motion graphics, and social media content creation.

The candidate should be comfortable using AI tools to create videos from scripts and concepts, generate AI visuals, add motion and effects, and produce high-quality content for digital and social media platforms.

Experience with political, news, current-affairs, or Punjabi content will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

- Create short-form videos, Reels, Shorts, and social media content using AI tools.
- Convert scripts and creative concepts into engaging AI-generated videos.
- Generate AI images, video clips, animations, characters, backgrounds, and other visual assets.
- Use AI tools for text-to-video, image-to-video, lip-sync, voice generation, animation, background generation, and video enhancement.
- Edit AI-generated footage using professional video-editing software.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, music, voiceovers, and other elements.
- Create visually engaging videos while maintaining consistency in characters, scenes, and overall visual style.
- Develop effective prompts for generating high-quality AI visuals and videos.
- Combine AI-generated content with traditional video-editing and motion-graphics techniques.
- Work closely with content writers, video editors, designers, and project teams to execute content requirements.




- Research and experiment with new AI tools and techniques to improve the video-production process.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing, AI video creation, motion graphics, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI video-generation tools.
- Good knowledge of AI prompting and creative workflows.
- Robust knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
- Good understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound design.
- Experience with tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Higgsfield, Hailuo, Luma, Pika, Midjourney, Flux, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, or similar AI tools.
- Proficiency in video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new AI tools and technologies.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Preferred Experience
- Experience creating political, news, current-affairs, or social media content.
- Knowledge of Punjabi content and Punjabi audiences.
- Experience with AI-generated characters, AI avatars, lip-sync, voice generation, and cinematic AI videos.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
