HeyLearn AI is an AI-focused education and training institute based in Kozhikode. We’re building practical, industry-oriented programs for graduates, students and working professionals who want to understand AI and apply it to real-world problems.

We’re currently building our teaching team and looking for someone who can teach practical AI automation and modern AI application development.

About the Role

We’re looking for an AI Automation & Agentic AI Trainer who can teach learners how to build practical AI-powered workflows, intelligent agents and AI applications.

The role will involve teaching both concepts and hands-on implementation, with a strong focus on real-world projects rather than theory alone.

- API integration and AI integrations
- AI chatbots and intelligent assistants
- Knowledge bases and vector databases
- Embeddings and semantic search
- Building AI-powered business solutions
- AI application deployment and practical projects

What You’ll Do

- Conduct practical, hands-on training sessions for graduates and working professionals.
- Teach learners how to build AI-powered automations and workflows.
- Explain concepts such as LLMs, RAG, agents,



embeddings, vector databases and AI APIs in a simple and practical way.
- Build and demonstrate AI agents using relevant frameworks and tools.
- Guide students through real-world projects involving AI automation and agentic workflows.
- Teach learners how to connect AI models with APIs, tools, databases and external applications.
- Design practical assignments, projects and exercises for each module.
- Help learners troubleshoot and improve their AI workflows and projects.
- Stay updated with new AI models, agent frameworks, automation platforms and industry developments.
- Work with the HeyLearn academic team to improve course content and practical learning experiences.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong practical understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI automation and Agentic AI.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents or AI-powered workflows.
- Good understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases and semantic search.
- Experience working with AI APIs and integrating AI models into applications or workflows.
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier or similar tools.
- Experience with frameworks or technologies used for building AI agents and LLM applications.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, tool/function calling and structured outputs.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners and working professionals.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable conducting live demonstrations and practical sessions.
- Ability to design and guide students through industry-relevant projects.
