About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented AI Prompt Engineer – Creative to work on AI-powered image and video generation for commercial and creative projects at 3DTRIXS.

The role involves converting creative briefs, scripts, storyboards, product references, and visual ideas into detailed prompts that generate high-quality and production-ready AI visuals and videos.

This is primarily a creative production role rather than a coding or AI/ML development role. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, cinematography, composition, lighting, camera angles, product presentation, motion, and creative direction.

You will work closely with our creative, video production, animation, CGI, and editing teams to develop AI-generated content for advertisements, product videos, social media campaigns, branded content, explainer videos, and other client projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Write detailed and effective prompts for AI image and AI video generation
- Convert scripts, storyboards, client briefs, and creative concepts into production-ready AI prompts
- Generate high-quality images and videos for commercial and branded content
- Create visual concepts for product videos, advertisements, social media creatives, CGI-style ads, and promotional content
- Develop prompts for different camera angles, framing, lenses, lighting conditions, environments, compositions, and visual styles
- Maintain consistency in products, characters, environments, colors, lighting, and overall visual style across multiple shots
- Use reference images effectively to achieve accurate and consistent outputs
- Create multiple prompt variations and refine outputs until the required visual quality is achieved
- Develop cinematic shots including close-ups, wide shots, product hero shots, camera movements, transitions, and environmental scenes
- Understand and apply concepts such as depth of field, perspective, shadows, reflections, materials, textures, and realistic lighting
- Generate AI visuals based on existing product photographs and brand references without changing important product details
- Work with the creative team to plan AI-generated sequences for complete videos
- Review generated outputs and identify visual errors, inconsistencies, artifacts,



and unrealistic elements
- Improve prompts based on generated results and creative feedback
- Support the editing and post-production teams by generating required additional shots and visual variations
- Maintain organized prompt libraries for successful styles, shots, products, lighting setups, and visual concepts
- Experiment with new AI image and video generation workflows to improve production quality and efficiency
- Follow project timelines and deliver creative outputs according to client requirements

Creative & Visual Skills

- Strong creative thinking and visual imagination
- Good understanding of visual storytelling and advertising
- Knowledge of cinematography and camera language
- Understanding of camera angles, shot composition, framing, and perspective
- Good understanding of lighting, shadows, reflections, and depth
- Ability to visualize scenes before generating them
- Strong understanding of product presentation and premium product photography
- Ability to maintain visual consistency across multiple generated shots
- Understanding of character consistency and environment continuity
- Knowledge of motion, camera movement, transitions, and cinematic pacing
- Ability to understand brand guidelines and translate them into visual outputs
- Strong attention to small visual details

AI Prompting Skills

- Ability to write clear, detailed, and structured prompts
- Strong understanding of image-to-image and text-to-image workflows
- Understanding of text-to-video and image-to-video generation
- Ability to work with reference images and multiple image references
- Ability to control visual style, lighting, camera position, composition, and environment through prompting
- Ability to troubleshoot poor AI outputs and refine prompts accordingly
- Ability to create multiple variations while maintaining the same product or character identity




- Understanding of negative prompting and methods for reducing unwanted visual elements
- Ability to build reusable prompt structures and prompt libraries
- Willingness to continuously test and learn new generative AI workflows

Skills & Qualifications

- 0–2 years of experience in AI-generated content, graphic design, video production, animation, CGI, advertising, or a related creative field
- Freshers with a strong AI-generated image/video portfolio may also apply
- Strong written communication and prompt-writing skills
- Good understanding of AI image and video generation tools
- Basic understanding of video production and post-production workflows
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar creative software is an advantage
- Knowledge of 3D, CGI, animation, or product visualization is an advantage
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand creative references and reproduce the required visual direction
- Ability to handle multiple projects and creative iterations
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong interest in generative AI, advertising, filmmaking, animation, and visual content creation
- Willingness to continuously learn new AI tools and creative workflows

Portfolio Requirement Candidates should preferably submit examples of AI-generated work demonstrating:

- AI-generated images
- AI-generated videos
- Product visuals
- Cinematic scenes
- Advertisement concepts
- Character or product consistency
- Different lighting and camera setups
- Prompt-based visual experimentation

A strong creative portfolio will be given preference over purely technical AI experience.
