What You'll Do
- Own job discovery products – search across diverse user segments, job discovery and apply
- Diagnose funnel drop-offs and improve ranking and search quality with Data Science
- Launch data-backed, AI-driven experiences through AB testing and user research
- Partner with engineering, ML/AI, design, and other product teams to ship high-impact products
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in Product Management
- MBA from a Tier-1 B-School — IIM A/B/C or ISB preferred
- 2+ years as a Software Engineer or Data Scientist
- Strong hands-on SQL, analytical,
and experimentation (AB testing) skills
- Working knowledge of search/recommendation/personalization systems and prompt/context engineering
- Experience working with ML/AI and Data Science teams to build AI-backed products
- Strong UX instincts for ranked lists, recommendations, search, or conversational interfaces
